The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the responsibility of our company can't be involved. Product illustrations are for reference only and are not included in the contract.
The availability of the products is mentioned on the website. If a product is out of stock, you won't have the possibility to order it. If an ordered product is finally not available due to a mistake of our warehouse, we will inform you by email and let you decide if you want to receive your money back or if you prefer to choose another product.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COST
You can receive this information when you update your shopping cart after stating your country and zip code. The countries to which we can send are listed on the website. If your country is not listed, please contact us by e-mail and we will check whether there is a possibility to send products to your country or not.
We usually ship the products within 2 working days after receipt of your payment.
The average delivery time is usually 2 working days after shipment for Belgium and around 3 to 7 working days for the other European countries. It can happen that the delivery time is longer due to unexpected reason, if you still have not received your product within 2 weeks after the order confirmation, contact us by e-mail and we will search for the best solution to solve the problem.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including pre-order products. Secure online payment with a credit card is done via Stripe or Paypal. The transmitted information is encrypted and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee for the safety of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and Paypal and cannot be attributed to us.
Paypal is easy, fast and secure. If you do not have a Paypal account and do not want to create one, then you have the option to pay directly with a credit card via the Paypal interface. Then select "I do not have a Paypal account" on the left in the first Paypal window and follow the instructions.
If for any reason you do not want to pay with Paypal or with credit card, send us an e-mail (email@example.com) and we will provide you with the necessary bank details and offer you the possibility to make a transfer before sending the product.
All products sold on our website are covered by a limited warranty of 24 months. If you have quality problem with one of our products, contact us first by e-mail and give us a short problem description, we will then decide of the best way to solve the problem. You will have to cover the shipping cost for returning the product to us and we will bear the cost to send you back the repaired or exchanged product. If the product is damaged due to a wrong utilisation (broken part, cable pulled out,..) the normal warranty will be refused.
The buyer has the right to return a product without having to give any reasons in the 14 days after the reception. The conditions are:
- Inform our company in the 7 days by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send back the product in the next 14 days and support the shipping costs
- The product has to be unused in its original package in perfect condition
Our company will refund the buyer within 7 days after reception of the product in good condition.
In order to claim mistakes and faulty or damaged products, please contact our staff immediately (within 7 days after receipt of the product) after you have discovered those mistakes, faults or damages. You may do so via e-mail on email@example.com.
We will save the data necessary for the processing of your order. If necessary, we will – within the framework of processing your order – pass on saved data to cooperating companies such as transport company. All personal data will of course be treated as confidential.
Please note: As long as we have saved your data, you will receive new product information and special offers by e-mail. In case you don't want to receive such information, just inform us by e-mail or by letter and we will immediately refrain from sending you any further mailings.
